This fiscal year, we enhanced our feedback tools and resources and upskilled our people managers to ensure that RSM employees receive the perspectives they need to understand their strengths and opportunities to grow.

Rosemary Mantle, RSM’s 2024 caregiver of the year, affirmed the impact of our supportive culture.

Community drives culture

‍RSM is committed to creating a welcoming environment where all people feel a sense of belonging. One way we do this is through our employee network groups (ENGs), which build community and celebrate all walks of life, interests and backgrounds.
