Letter from
Stewardship is at the heart of how we grow, lead and serve. I’m proud to chair our enterprise stewardship committee and share an update on our continued commitment to leaving our firm, our communities and our planet better than we found them.
“Ultimately, stewardship is a collective effort. When we show up for one another and lead with purpose, we create lasting positive changes. Together, we will build a future we can all be proud of.”
Our commitment to community engagement remains unwavering. Through volunteerism, philanthropic efforts and financial support from the RSM US Foundation, our people made a measurable impact in the communities where they live and work. Our continued collaboration with Junior Achievement USA and other nonprofits highlights our shared belief in supporting future leaders and expanding economic opportunity—one community at a time.
Enhancing our approach to environmental sustainability is ongoing. This year, we continued to implement responsible business practices, including taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint. While sustainability is a long-term journey, we remain committed to ongoing evaluation, transparency and meaningful progress as we work to reduce our environmental impact.
We are focused on continued transparency. We continue to evaluate sustainability for our firm, with support from RSM’s sustainability consulting team. To prepare for evolving sustainability requirements and ensure alignment with forthcoming standards, we are refining our reporting. As a result, this year’s annual impact report reflects a streamlined approach with several sustainability topics covered at a higher level or included within the narrative rather than in extensive indexes. While the format differs, our commitment to transparency remains unchanged.
Ultimately, stewardship is a collective effort. When we show up for one another and lead with purpose, we create lasting positive changes. Together, we will build a future we can all be proud of.
Sincerely,
