Dear clients, colleagues and friends,

As I reflect on the past year, I’m incredibly proud of all we’ve accomplished together. 2025 marked a meaningful milestone for us, underscored by the newly enhanced mission of the RSM US Foundation:

“Empowering confident futures for youth … one community at a time.”

Our focus on holistic youth empowerment through local engagement positions the Foundation to make an even greater difference in the years ahead, reflecting the commitment to community programming in education, hunger, housing and health.

Looking ahead, I’m energized by the opportunities before us and inspired by the momentum our people continue to create in the communities we serve.

I am excited to share the 2025 featured impacts, which highlights the meaningful ways our teams showed up in our communities.
